Your First Visit to Our Bluefield Practice
From the moment you walk in the door, you will know you have come to the right place! A Chiropractic Assistant will greet you immediately and guide you through your first visit.
After signing in, we will make copies of any insurance information and a photo ID, like a drivers license. You will be given some paper work to complete. We will want to know your basic information and a short health history. We will also ask you to complete a pain point sheet so we will know where and how you are hurting.
After completing your paper work you will escorted to our consult room where you will watch a short film that explains our chiropractic philosophy as well as give you some basic information about chiropractic care.
After watch the film, your Doctor will be in to consult with you and discuss your concerns and goals for chiropractic care.
After your consultation, your Chiropractic Assistant will inform you of any exam and x-ray fees.
You will then proceed to the exam where your Chiropractic Assistant will conduct several scans to check your neurological health and muscular activity. After your scans are complete you Doctor will return to complete your exam and any necessary x-rays.
After your exam you will return to the front desk and schedule your appointment to review your report of findings which will usually be the following day. At this point you will pay any fees for the exam and x-rays.
